I like that it is black and is more discreet on top of black pants. I have both the serola and this. This is wider, the material is softer. The serola is more firm and can create a stronger binding hold, which I find is more therapeutic and helps greatly with my SI pain. I use this a little more than the serola because of the discreet color and I find the width and material to be comfortable for everyday. Since my pain is much better I use this for daily maintenance.

I work at a stand up desk, and this has "saved my back" . Sitting is terrible for my upper back and neck post a car crash - it literally hurts even to even just sit down for 5 minutes. I equipped a home office with a stand up desk but of course my lower back wasn't happy with that for too long at a time. This belt has literally enabled me to stand for hours at a time with tremendous comfort in my lower back while I work. What I love about it is that it's not huge and bulky, I was looking for a thin one (and honestly, if anything, a little thinner would make me even happier). Don't feel like big and bulky is better - it's not - what you need is the tight support that molds to your body and your shape - and this does that perfectly.

Way better than the belt I wore from PT! This is the perfect width without curling from sitting all day, yet still providing support. I love that there isn't a buckle to tighten the straps. It's just one piece of elastic with Velcro on each end to adjust the support level. Super easy to put on and take off. Slim under clothes and wide enough it doesn't cause muffin top and bottom.

I have a hypermobile SI joint that is generally most painful when seated and I've used this belt most frequently while driving. The belt has helped relieve some of the discomfort and allowed me to drive longer distances. It is easy to use. I had my physical therapist help me with placement. The belt can bunch up a little in the back from the second straps but I usually remedy this by resetting the belt to be a little tighter. I haven't had any issues with the belt moving up or down. I find that it is comfortable seated, standing, and walking but not very comfortable when lying down. Overall I recommend this product if you have a hypermobile SI joint. I'm a curvy women's size 8 and the medium fits me well.

My chiropractor suggested that I get one of these for my low-low back issues and, so far, it's helping a lot. I've worn it at the gym and it helps with pain post workout. I've worn it for 10 of a 12 hour work day and it makes a ton of difference! My only complaint is that when I tried to wear it for a 90 minute bike ride it rode up to the lumbar area, but because of the funky angle one is in while riding a bike it's not really surprising. During my 10 hours of wearing it I did have to readjust it once, but that's it. I'd recommend this to anyone who has SI joint pain that you just can't seem to get under control.

This SI belt works well when worn properly. It should be noted that all S.I. belts only benefit you while walking and standing. For sedentary lifestyle (excessive sitting) other implements like sitting on a yoga ball and maintaining proper posture with your feet flat on the floor are necessary for proper pelvic alignment.

I have worn this in the garden doing a lot of bending and I noticed a big difference. It really helped keep my lower back from being sore afterward! The big test was when I vacuumed. What a difference. When I was done there was very minimal pain. I could still keep going without needing to sit down and rest a while. This belt is excellent. I periodically get "crooked" around L5 and my SI joint and, as a result, my hips and sacrum are not aligned as they should be. The moment I put on this belt and straightened myself out I felt better. The worst of the extremely bad pain disappeared.
I am very happy with this product and recommend it highly. It is easy to put on and adjust and comfortable to wear. It is wide enough to hit the right spot and it doesn't slip around.
Needless to say, this is not a permanent solution to lower back and sacroiliac pain and dysfunction. I know I have to be diligent about my exercises. But in an acute attack when I cannot keep my body in the same plane, this belt is the first thing I reach for in my arsenal of foam rollers, ice, heating pads, and pain relievers!

I NEEDED A BRACE HIGHER WITH THE TOP OF THE BRACE COMING UP TO MY WAIST, SO I AM WEARING IT IN THAT POSITION AND IT DOES HELP SUPPORT MY BACK AND I HAVE LESS PAIN BY USING IT. My husband wears this belt. The relief was immediate. The sacrum pain that has dogged him for 6 months has diminished to almost zero after 10 days. He needed instructions on how to wear it, and he got those from YOUTUBE. Apparently, it is most effective if you wear it between the top of the femur and below the top of the hip crest (hip bone?). The belt needs to be adjusted once in a while because it wants to slide upwards after an hour or two.

Very good product that helps SI pain alot. I have had fusions and other back surgery. I like this particular one because it is wider so supports better. The double elastic velcro closures help increase the support. Worth while if you have unstable SI joint. I can recommend this product after use. Daily use would likely cause it to break down quickly but if you wear it when in pain or need stability should last awhile. Mine is showing wear but I like it very much!

This particular SI belt was recommended by my PT. It is soft and flexible and my chiropractor likes its design for possible comfort and support as a maternity belt. The added Velcro wings give it more support. I find it a little uncomfortable to sit in for long periods as it rides up my waist a bit, but I wear while up and about and while I sleep. My skin is sensitive so I always wear over clothing. I've had this for about 6 weeks and it does show some wear but seems to be holding up well so far. The Velcro is still in pretty good condition too. It's definitely helping with my pelvic tilt, with progression of core muscle building and postural change.
